I finally had some drinky drink and wheat this weekend and it made me feel bloaty and sad. Soooo... I'm back on the plan! I think I may allow for a glass of wine now and then, though! :)

I'm glad you decided to start writing about it, because it can be really motivating, and even if only a couple of people read it, the support you get makes a huge difference. I'd love to hear more about what your food plan is like and what both your exercise schedules are like. I have still been walking, really low impact for the most part, but for a lot of hours each week.

DeleteAs for exercise, I've been getting up ass-early (4:30/4:45! I usually get up at 5:30 for work) almost every weekday (later on weekends) and doing a yoga, pilates, tai chi, or bellydance (if no one can see me) video for about 40-45 min. I especially like the Candlelight Yoga video (on Netflix) and the Crunch: Super Slim Down (also on Netflix), though I do some modifications to avoid injuring my stupid plantar faciitis-y foot and my carpal tunnelly wrists.
I can't walk much because of my foot (booooo!). It's excellent exercise! :D
I'm an ass. I just noticed the tabs up above... so I'll go there to read about the plan. Duh.
